The mower uses a Hydro-Gear ZT-2200 hydrostatic transmission, delivering a top forward speed of 6.5 mph and a productivity rate of 2.4 acres per hour. It includes a 3.5-gallon fuel tank, full-pressure engine lubrication with an oil filter, and an electric clutch blade engagement system with 2 blades reaching a blade-tip speed of 16,600 fpm.
